This bathroom tile was falling off the wall. The walls were gutted and the tub refinished.

The bathroom was finished in large tile format to give the appearance of a bigger area.

This tile floor was moving, broken, and wet. The flooring was demolished down to the sub flooring.

A fresh new look with vinyl flooring.

This princess porch was compromised from water damage. The structure was failing and didn't have much time left.

New handrail, soffit, and some recessed lighting has been added to spruce up the porch.

This original porch was weathered and sagging.

The porch was rebuilt and composite decking was installed in a picture frame format.
